This level supports Chai Lifeline’s hospital-based services, including advocacy and emotional support services, kosher meals, staff and volunteer visits and holiday support. CIRCLE OF FAMILY

When a child is seriously ill, the entire family is affected. This level sponsors a full year of comprehensive care for a family facing the unimaginable. As a Circle of Family donor, you will "adopt" a Chai Lifeline family and receive a profile and updates on the services made possible through your generosity, from dedicated case management and emotional support to insurance advocacy, financial assistance, therapeutic retreats, and year-round children's programming.
